Unitary is now an Accelerant Marketplace partner, bringing the benefit of our Virtual Agents to more MGAs across the insurance ecosystem.
The Accelerant Marketplace opened its virtual doors late last year as a new service available through the Accelerant platform. It’s designed to make choosing technology easier for its 300+ Managing General Agent (MGA) members, giving them a convenient place to find trusted technology partners.
The MGA balancing act: speed vs caution
MGAs have to move fast, but many were spending months researching technology options, watching demos and running trials and pilots, with no guarantee they were on the right path. Valuable time no MGA can afford to squander.
For MGAs, making the wrong technology choice can be risky and costly. But so can being overly cautious or standing still. It’s a tough balance to strike, especially when many are already contending with a complex mix of legacy systems and tooling. That’s where having the right advice on which solutions are worth exploring can make all the difference.
Helping MGAs move fast without cutting corners
The Accelerant Marketplace was created to make it easier for its MGA “Members” to discover technology solutions relevant to their businesses. Rather than navigating a crowded technology landscape alone, Accelerant Members can explore a curated group of partners through the Accelerant ecosystem, helping them make more informed technology decisions.
“Joining the Accelerant Marketplace feels like a natural next step in our partnership with Accelerant. We know there can be a lot of uncertainty when choosing an AI partner, so giving MGAs the added confidence that Unitary has been thoroughly vetted is important to us.
“It also brings us closer to the MGA community. Seeing how our agents are used in real-world environments and understanding the challenges MGAs face day to day is incredibly valuable as we continue to shape and improve what we offer.”
Sasha Haco, Co-founder and CEO, Unitary
“There’s a lot of noise around AI right now, but MGAs ultimately need solutions that can solve real operational problems. Unitary’s focus on practical insurance workflows made them a natural fit for the Accelerant Marketplace. We’re excited to have them in the ecosystem and to give our Members another option as they look for ways to operate and scale more efficiently.”

Why MGAs can choose Unitary with confidence
- Vetted by Accelerant: Unitary has been through Accelerant’s extensive vetting process across quality, performance and security, giving MGAs an extra layer of confidence in their decision making.
- Proven within the MGA ecosystem: MGAs are already using Unitary to automate complex operational work and seeing measurable results. Attune, a New York-based MGA, deployed Unitary in five weeks, achieving 99%+ automation and a 19% increase in customer satisfaction.
- Built around real MGA problems: Our Virtual Agents take on the manual, repetitive, and duplicated work that can really slow busy teams down, helping MGAs get more from the systems and people they have already invested in.
- Speed without disruption: Unitary sits on top of existing systems rather than asking MGAs to replace their technology stack or move onto another platform, reducing the disruption and risk that can come with introducing new technology.
- Security built in: Unitary is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliant, with safeguards around how data is handled. Data is processed and deleted rather than retained, helping to tackle some of the security risks and concerns that naturally come with introducing AI into an organisation.
- Better value through Accelerant: MGAs can also take advantage of competitive pricing available through our Accelerant partnership.
“For an MGA, there’s a big difference between finding an AI solution online and finding one through an industry network they already know and trust. And that difference is confidence. For Unitary, being part of that network means a lot. We’re looking forward to helping more MGAs put AI to work on the problems that matter to their business.”
